Meet the Doctor

Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C., originally from Sonora, Kentucky, is a licensed doctor of Chiropractic through the Kentucky State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

He attended elementary schools in Hardin and Larue Counties, East Hardin Middle School, and graduated from Central Hardin High School in 1994 with honors. 

While in school, he participated in Football and the Academic team. Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C knew he wanted to help others when he grew up and decided that being a chiropractor would fulfill his dream.

He had seen the benefits through both of his parents through their chiropractic treatments. Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C, attended Elizabethtown Community and Technical College from 1994-1996.

In the fall of 1996, he began his Chiropractic Studies at Logan College of Chiropractic, located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Dr. Fulkerson, D.C. received several certificates of merit for Outstanding Academic Achievement while at Logan.

He completed his preceptorship in Upstate Pennsylvania in December of 1999. Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C returned to Kentucky and opened his own office in Elizabethtown. In March of 2000, Heartland Family Chiropractic opened its doors.

Today Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C, has been in practice for over 24 years. He is committed to providing safe, gentle, and effective chiropractic care for the whole family, including expectant mothers and babies.

His fun, upbeat, and friendly personality allows patients to come into the office and feel welcome and enjoy their experience. He enjoys being able to help patients find relief from pain in a natural way!

Dr. Adam T. Fulkerson D.C, resides in Elizabethtown, and also his four children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and completing DIY projects around his home.
